🌿 Ritual: Opening to Bloom
This ritual is about inviting your energy to open gently to new growth, inspiration, and creative flow.
You’ll need:
A small candle or tealight
A bowl of water infused with petals, herbs, or a few drops of essential oil (try lime, rose, or geranium)
A pen and paper
Steps:
Sit somewhere comfortable and take a few deep breaths. Feel your belly rise and fall.
Light your candle and gaze softly at the flame.
Dip your fingertips into the bowl of scented water and trace a small spiral over your heart or belly. Whisper:
“I open to what wants to grow through me.”Spend a few minutes journalling what you feel ready to receive, create, or experience this month.
When you’re done, pour the water into the earth or onto a plant, giving back your intention for gentle, supported growth.

Collect a few fallen flowers or leaves from your garden or a walk.
Press them between journal pages or glue them onto a blank sheet and write words of gratitude for the beauty they mirror in you.
As you move through November, remember: blooming isn’t about becoming more.
It’s about returning to what’s already vibrant within you.
