Others, you might choose a five-minute meditation, light a candle and sit with a ritual, follow a journal prompt, or simply notice what the season is asking of you.

Over time, familiar places may appear. Symbols return. Landscapes change. New pathways open.
You begin to build a relationship with this inner place rather than visiting it only once.
